Agent Agreements

Exclusive Agent
|
|
Agent is granted a territory in which they may exclusively host Noria public trainings (upon agreeing to a minimum annual number of events), earn commissions from all resulting ancillary Noria business from the training, and develop other prospective Noria onsite training, and consulting leads (also earning commissions) on a non-exclusive basis.

Non-exclusive Agent
|
|
Agent may non-exclusively generate Noria onsite trainings and consulting services, earning commissions from all resulting business, as well as receive preferred pricing on Noria products (for redistribution).
|
|
|
Service Provider
|
|
Service provider is Noria-certified to perform Noria training and consulting services directly as a Noria contractor; additionally a Noria service provider may act as either an exclusive or non-exclusive agent (pending their individual agreement) and promote Noria services to their customers.
